Can the plants in your tank kill your fish if they take over the tank?

I really dont see how that would be possible, unless they were so thick that a fish could no longer swim, Ive had tanks set up so thick with plants, that i never even did water changes, the fish i kept in that tank were all small species, such as white cloud mountain minnows, or neons, small catfish, and such and the water was always pristene. So I say load it up if you want, or keep it pruned and neat.  Fish Love planted tanks  Wink

Live plants are so helpful. You can always prun them back.
